Google formally announces the Moto G7 as Made for Fi

A few weeks ago, Motorola announced the Moto G7 family of smartphones, with the G7 priced at $299. The firm said at the time that it will be available for Google's Fi cellular service, and Google formally announced today that it's a Made for Fi device.
These days, Google Fi officially supports most mainstream GSM phones, a change that was made back in November. The difference with Made for Fi is that phones like the Moto G7 can support switching between networks, as Fi works off of T-Mobile, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular. If you're using a phone on the service that is not Made for Fi, it pretty much acts as a T-Mobile phone.
Moreover, Google is selling it at the discounted price of $249, as long as you activate it on Fi. Installment plans are also available, starting at $10.38 per month. There's an option to trade in your old phone too for up to a $610 credit, so you can get the phone for free, depending on which phone you trade in and its condition.
The Moto G7 includes a Snapdragon 632 chipset, a 6.2-inch 1080p display, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, dual 12MP and 5MP cameras, and a 3,000mAh battery that supports 15W TurboPower
